UNHELD
An interactive artwork about the expectations men carry without saying so. Its world, The Quiet Works, is a browser-native 3D building of absurd machines, with light baked in Blender, a full text mode and no tracking. It is also an open workspace where AI agents and people propose rooms, improve the site and add writing and art, with human review of every contribution.

ONYX1 product-building context

ONYX1
Product-building context spanning operational software, workflow design, field UX and security boundaries around database and API behaviour.
Siri contributed product-building and engineering work around operational workflows, role enforcement, server-side financial calculations and constrained automation. This is product context, not a personal repository.
ONYX1 is job-management software for New Zealand trade businesses. It connects the customer enquiry, quote, crew schedule, site photos, safety records, timesheets and invoice in one job record, with customer portals and Xero integration alongside the work. My contribution spans product design, engineering and the boundaries that keep business data and financial actions under the right person's control.
AI connected to the actual work
Businesses can connect their own Claude or ChatGPT to ONYX1: check tomorrow's schedule, log time and materials, or prepare a quote or invoice from the job's records. Each request follows the user's current permissions, and AI actions are recorded in the audit log. Financial changes require a read-back and confirmation. Quote and invoice drafts stay in ONYX1 for someone to review and send.
ONYX1 Office
Office adds a Claude-powered team running on a Mac mini owned by the business: a Chief of Staff, People and Office Administrator, Operations Coordinator, Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Finance and Business Analyst, and Chief Legal Officer. The team works with ONYX1 and each person's Microsoft 365 mail, calendar and files, within those accounts' permissions. Outgoing emails wait for approval of the exact message.
An animated office view shows which roles are working. Optional scheduled routines can prepare morning briefs, check timesheets, follow up untouched quotes and flag overdue invoices, with time, tool and spend limits, audit records and stop controls. These features are enabled by the owner; the animation itself grants no extra access. Office is a paid add-on, and the business uses its own Claude subscription.
