This is an author-led archive of essays, research notes, working concepts, technical writing and project records. Siri (Asiri) Dalugoda is a technology executive and researcher based in Auckland, New Zealand. He authored the HDP protocol, its IETF Internet-Draft and the Agentic Sprint methodology. This is his independent publication. He co-founded Helixar, where his AI security research and open-source work is published, and ONYX1, a job-management product for New Zealand trade businesses. Human Delegation Provenance (HDP) was designed by Siri Dalugoda within Helixar's research programme. The arXiv paper names Asiri Dalugoda as author. The protocol, specification and implementation are published and maintained through Helixar Limited. This site describes his authorship but does not claim personal ownership or describe HDP as an adopted IETF standard.
