On Ropes

A company-wide technology transformation for an Auckland rope access contractor. Enquiries now flow into ONYX1, where every job runs on one record from first call to invoice. The team works on a managed Microsoft 365, and a rebuilt website with interactive 3D makes the business easy to find, by people and by AI assistants.

Operations
Enquiries arrive in ONYX1, where each job runs on one record: quote, schedule, site records and invoice.
IT management
Microsoft 365 run end to end: mailboxes, user accounts and licences, with the company domain protected against spoofed mail.
Website
WordPress replaced by a fast, hand-built site with no theme and no plugins to patch, and every form protected against spam.
Interactive 3D
A three.js scene that runs a rope access crew and a scaffolding crew against the same building, so clients see the difference.
Search and AI
Pages, structured data and a plain-text reference written so search engines and AI assistants can read what the business does.
